Service Description
Firstly, at a consultation you the client and I the consultant will have a discussion about your loves, likes and concerns about acquiring Sisterlocks™, Brotherlocks@ and/or Microlocks. Secondly, I conduct a search of your scalp to see if there's any pre-existing conditions to be addressed prior to installation. Thirdly, I'll conduct a water test of your hair which will assist me in determining your locking pattern. Next, I will install 9-12 test locks, which will contain 2 or more different locking patterns. Lastly, the cost your installation package will given to you along with written instruction and an installation date. ON THE DAY INSTRUCTIONS: On the day of your consultation appointment your hair must be freshly washed with out any oils and/or conditioners. All of your hair has to be visible so, no extensions, braids or weaves.
Cancellation Policy
At Positively Natural, we are dedicated to giving every client the time and attention you deserve. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48- hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48-hour notice may result in a charge of part or all of the service amount. Please remember that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and it ensures that others don’t miss the opportunity to receive services. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of $200.00 will be charged. "No shows" will be charged $400.00 of the service amount. For appointments with multiple services, a cancellation without 48-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the primary service and 50% of any additional services. The cancellation fee, along with any remaining service fees, will be applied at your next appointment. Our booking and cancellation policies are in place to allow us to accommodate clients on our waiting list who are eager for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to these policies, which allow us to provide the highest level of service. If you need to cancel due to a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to determine the best course of action.
